  • Paid Plans: Purchased eSIM data plans with varying data allowances, validity periods, and regional coverage.

2. User Obligations

By using our Services, you agree to:

  • Use the Services for lawful purposes only.
  • Ensure your device is eSIM-compatible and unlocked. It is your responsibility to check compatibility before claiming or purchasing a plan.
  • Keep your activation QR code secure and confidential.

3. Fair Usage Policy

Our Free Trial is intended for personal, non-commercial use by travelers. We prohibit any use of the service that may compromise network integrity or negatively affect other users. This includes, but is not limited to, automated use, excessive peer-to-peer file sharing, or any form of resale. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for any account found to be in violation of this policy.

4. Payments and Refunds

For paid plans, all payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Due to the digital nature of our product, once an eSIM QR code has been generated and delivered, it is considered "used." Therefore, we generally do not offer refunds. However, if you experience technical issues that are determined to be a fault of our service and cannot be resolved, a refund or credit may be issued at our discretion.
